Fia La Fume Organics is a subsidiary of Rancho Rincon Organic Farm located in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains of California. The farm is a small five acre homestead created by owner and operator Lisa Renelle.
Lisa started the farm with the goal of reinventing her means of livelihood so that she could be a stay at home mom with her three young children. Although Lisa's children are grown up now, they still play an active part on the farm. Her son Zac has his degree in horticultural, her daughter's while still in college help out with the farm and the website. The farm grows organic produce including tomatoes, grapes, herbs, tree fruit, and most recently hemp. Ninety percent of the products on our website are produced at the farm with the exception of the shea butter and coconut oils used in some products. These are sourced from sustainable fair trade organic sources. We make every effort to be a "green company" and be stewards of our land and the planet.
Lisa was inspired to make her organic products to try and help her mother and daughter who both suffer from arthritis. They found that the best thing to help ease their pain was herbal oils, but the products that were available on the market were extremely expensive so her goal became making products that would be affordable and accessible to everyone. The company has now branched out to make a variety of organic skin and health care products that do not contain chemicals.
